Zama Ngcobo LLB, LLM

Zama Ngcobo is a South African qualified construction lawyer with a wide rang of expertise in complex infrastructure and natural resources projects. Zama has advised extensively in South Africa and across Africa. Her experience includes reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on the various agreements relating to the development, operation and maintenance of a project. Zama’s experience extends to construction claims and disputes. This includes amicable settlement, mediations, adjudications, arbitrations and superior court procedures. She is an international speaker, published author and construction law lecturer. She is also a member of the Industry Advisory Board established by the University of Witwatersrand’s School of Construction and Economics Management.
